Staff was friendly and professional, my only issue was not receiving a car wash which was part of the package I purchased.
The service department is efficient, thorough, and provides excellent maintenance procedures. The counter staff is knowledgeable and they work as a well oiled team to insure all customers receive efficient and comprehensive service.

My Hyundai Santa fe had a problem so I took it to get fix ,than I get the car back with loose bolt's ,service manager is a jacka#$ ,I'm talking about the bald dude I mean after the stealership I'm sticking to mom pop shops

The service dept. Shawn, Chaz, and Nina go above and beyond to take care of my needs with my Chrysler 200. I don’t take it to ACD. Also, Delbert and Steve in the parts dept. spent a lot of time with me making sure that I chose the right tires for the 200. They treat me like I am important and that my needs matter.

I was kick out of service and blame for damage they did to my vehicle Mike Manger of service department take no responsibility for his workers accountability and can't admit when they screw up long time customer not any more planing on trading vehicle in and getting a Toyota.......... he wants to call me basically a liar trying to say my story don't add up is bs why would I caused damages to my own car it makes no sense
