Man this place is great,they understand your needs . Is not trying to sale you a car they just there for you to make sure you get the car that is good for you and on the right budget . They treat you like family specialy that guy Gino is the best . Ask for him wen you get there and I promise you you will be happy�
I just came in this morning for an oil change. I had Carol Lee for a service advisor. She was fantastic. She was courteous, friendly and made the experience good! Having service people like her are the reason I drive 40 miles to Larry Miller to get an oil change.
If I could rate them zero stars I would. 1 star says "I hated it"...I MORE than HATED IT! Worst experience ever! Went in on a Saturday, found a car we liked, we were told we were waiting for financing for us and for the car to clear their shop, called us Tuesday afternoon and told us to come down and pick up the car and sign papers, that all was good and clear. When we got there, which is a 30 min drive from our house, they told us we could no longer have the car because the GM, Bill Brixey, wanted to purchase it. SERIOUSLY?... read more
I have left multiple messages at this dealership and no one will call me back!!!! I have purchased multiple cars from this dealership and used their service department exclusively over the years. I considered myself a loyal customer until now. I was promised something from a sales manager when I made a deal back in 2013 and now that it's time for them to hold up to their promises he and anyone who can help are MIA.
