I would give -5 if able. Beware their pitch to go for CPO. It means nothing and they just pass the buck for why a car that was owned for less than 3 months and drivin less than 1500 miles would have a major mechanical breakdown that is not covered as part of the CPO program. We are talking about a repair estimate they gave me of $17000 dollars for a car purchase for $25000. That is really $17000 not a typo. Would of given five stars had I been able to buy a car. Was told through this credit yes thing that I was approved only to find out I reality wasn't. If I was looking for a job this seems like it would be a good place too work.
Worst service department I've ever dealt with. The warranty they sell is a scam and covers nothing and the service department knows it.
The staff was professional, and curtious. James was energetic and motivated to find the right vehicle for us.
Tracy helped me with my battery yesterday. I was so worried he took care of my car right away. Also didn't know my car still under warranty so it ended up free. I was so happy. The rest of my day went great and it started with Tracy. Thanks much. I'm be back for my Oil change and I'll be looking for you.

Do not buy a used car! They are pieces of shit! 2 cars in 2 years. 1 engine replacement , 2 transmissions replacements.
