Poor service , poor management , zero transparency
So my latest contact is odd--I talked to EJ at length about ordering a jeep--he was great. He was going to call me back in 30 minutes. Well that was a day ago--I left a couple of messages, but still no call back. Not sure what happened but I guess I'll be ordering a jeep from somebody who will call me back. Its two weird to me. In a way, I suppose the positive is no annoying sales follow-ups--laughing. Call EJ, he'll never call you back.
I bought a vehicle from here and the service was great. I am now about to find out if their diagnostic and repair are as good. I have a feeling I’m in good hands.
Great staff and felt comfortable with their practices during this pandemic time.
Everything they did was great
I had an exceptional customer service experience with Larry H Miller Tucson. I bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator that I have been researching for about 2 months. After talking with 15-20 dealers I knew this was the one to work with. Alex (salesman), Steve (sales manager), and Vince (finance manager) where amazing to work with. To me I don’t like pressure sales, and I didn’t experience that here. They were transparent and focused more on the customer service component.

They have failed to email me back and refuse negotiate. Have visited the dealership 3 times and the sales people refuse to negotiate and then get home and are quick to call to go back.
