Bought my Jeep new a year ago and everything was great! Staff was so friendly and helpful. The service department front desk staff are great, however the techs are very slow. I made an appointment at 3pm and walked out of there at 5:20. All I needed was my oil changed and tires rotated. Very unacceptable and no one informed me the techs were backed up or I would have made ride accommodations.
Been trying to get an answer about my vehicle warranty and not one person will return my calls. Very disappointing

Trent is a great advisor. I asked him to look over things and expected to pay for some things, but he told me they were not ready to replace. I enjoy bringing my car here (even though it always costs money). Maintaining a car is never free but Trent makes sure it’s honest and fair...much appreciated.

We had purchased our vehicle there in February it was very interesting to watch how they checkin a vehicle and do the computer check. Our last vehicle purchase was 2007. Staff was professional clean facility and comfortable. Service was very quick and Marcus took great care in checking us in and out
