I intend to post on every Chrysler Jeep facebook page in America. I purchased a Jeep about June 2018 with 2 miles on it. I have driven it only approximately 3-4 weeks It has been in the service department since then. It has stopped on me 3 times on the interstate and I have almost been killed every time I have begged Chrysler Jeep to buy the vehicle back or trade it. They flatly refused. Loved the free Uber ride to the mall so I didn’t have to cool my heels in the waiting room. A nice touch. Also, so happy they got me in within a week for service! David was very nice.
if you dont want to pay 1400.00 to replace a clutch every 50000 miles do not buy from them. also their extended warranty does not cover what they claim
Yes I would like to say I would recommend Larry H. Miller to my friends and family great experience there guys were professional friendly and knowledgeable.
I had already researched the Jeep Renegade and also my trade-in value for my car. I got everything I wanted without hassle. I took the car home that day. This was the first really no pressure salesman I've run into--Carlos Morales. So far everything is wonderful and it was a decent experience which was a pleasant surprise.
Second jeep we’ve bought from Larry Miller! Super friendly staff, extremely helpful and knowledgeable sales associates. Definitely recommend Richard Nelson, he worked super hard to get us the jeep we wanted and the payment we can afford! We’ll be back for our next one!
Service is always great, Robert takes the time to explain all repairs that are needed. He goes above and beyond to help out in anyway he can.
