The service department was excellent, very professional. However, as is often the case, when looking at pricing out a new car, they lowballed (and not even what KBB estimated) me on the trade, and I mean LOWBALLED! I have a pristine Pacifica Limited with ALL the options. They were not interested in making a reasonable deal so I walked. Typically, a dealer will do what they need to do to make the new car sale. Not these guys, so I’ll go elsewhere.
everything was good and friendly . then when I headed home the hood was loose, I stopped and right latch had not been fastened. Glad I found it I have over 50 miles of I-10 to drive to get home.
