The service department was Great, got my car in next day early after calling . They Took my car fast and had a Rad Comfortable lobby . I had to get to work so they got me an uber at no charge to me. The Gentleman by the name of Carlos helped me and was very Nice and on Point with his customer service. Carlos called me back after a few hours said car was ready and offered another uber to come pick it up. Best Experience and service I have had at getting car repair. Very disappointed in the service department. When I purchased my 2016 Jeep Wrangler I also purchased a bumper to bumper lifetime warranty from Chrysler (probably the only reason I purchased an American made vehicle) recently the Bluetooth function on the radio failed - with that I asked the service department to repair and it was explained that in order to honor the warranty I would have to pay $135 diagnostic fee to determine if the issue was covered! That is ridiculous..... maybe I will have better luck at the other Jeep d... read more
