Our salesman and finance guy made our purchase easy and even fun.
In the end the products are the same, but what makes a Dealership is their folks and service department. This service dept has good folks and are responsive to calls and concerns.
We just bought a certified pre-owned Jeep Renegade at an excellent price from LHM. Love the vehicle and the staff Ray, Harry and Carlos were all very helpful and honest. It took a bit of phone tag and scheduling to coordinate our appointment, but the dealership held true to their word and did not sell the Jeep out from under us. The only thing we would have liked to go differently is that AVT and tint were installed at two additional fees on top of sales price and they were a surprise to us, not in the original listing. Fast service. Brought my car in for an oil change about an hour before my scheduled time. Trent said "no problem, we can take care of you now." They had my vehicle done and washed before my actual scheduled time.

I went in wanting a used car, and I was scared of being rejected. I had gone to so many dealers and was rejected by all. Harry was my salesperson and he was awesome. He went above and beyond and got me into a brand new Renegade. I totally recommend them because they were all awesome.
They all are awesome and EJ our salesman made sure we got the Jeep we wanted we are so happy with it
