Darrell Toby did a good job of finding and presenting vehicles that met my requirements. In the end I made a mjstake on the one I selected. Not their mistake but mine. I should have looked the window sticker one last time. The vehicle I ended up with did not have all the features I really Wanted.
We brought our jeep into Trent at Larry Miller Jeep during our Motorhome trip down south. my husband and Trent went for a ride and Trent was able to identify the problem just by listening. This all occurred shortly before Christmas and the dealership provided us with a loaner car for the time our jeep was in for repairs. Trent gave us an estimate for the repairs that was right on the dime when the work was complete. I noticed I had a small oil drip from my car on the garage floor. I contacted Larry Miller Chrysler, and they got me in the next day. My appointment was at 3 o’clock, and it was the day before Christmas Eve. They arranged a ride home for me, And my car was ready the next morning. Considering it was Christmas Eve, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround.

Just bought our second Jeep. Darrell and all the sales reps were great. Easy and fun to negotiate with. Great deal on our Cherokee Trailhawk!
They are quick. So easy to make a service appointment. If you need a ride they can do that. If you stay and wait they get you in and out quickly. Recommend any necessary services needed. I have never had a issue with them. They wash your vehicle too.
