Took my Patriot in for a recall on 01/07/20. Repairs were made in the given time frame. Comfortable waiting area, friendly atmosphere, good experience. Would give service dept 5 stars.

So.... long story short. I had this dealership put my lift kit & tires/wheels on my brand new 2015 Rubicon 4.5 years ago. Recently started having issues. Took it to a very reputable 4x4 garage and I was notified that parts were left off (missing) of the lift AND upgrades I paid for weren’t on it. Basically I was ripped off!! I spent a lot of money there thinking I was having it done right! I will NEVER go back there for services or to buy a vehicle. BEWARE!! 🤬
We just moved from Phoenix to Tucson and my Jeep needed some work done to it, so we chose LHM to take it to. Michael the service rep was excellent at taking care of my issues. We will be going back again when/if the need arises.
