I got in when I needed the appointment, the problem was correctly diagnosed. The car was returned when promised; my service writer kept me informed!!
I like the simple, no-haggle sales tactics. Salesmen don't work on commission, which I also like. I felt like Anthony and Ed were honest--and that's what counts with me. Mine was a factory order, and I bugged them often for updates, and Ed kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Happy customer here. My First Jeep, and my first factory order!

Ed, the representative that I dealt with, listened to my requirements for the vehicle, then he took the time to match the vehicle and options to the requirements so that I received exactly what I wanted. He even provided a few suggestions that were of immense value to me.
The facility is clean with many accommodations. The staff is well informed and keeps the customer up to date with progress reports. I really like the free car wash!
