My heat pump went down last weekend and when Randy called me back, he said it would be three weeks before he could get to me and it would be faster if I called someone else. My niece’s went down today and she was told they would probably be there Friday. I will never call them again
This company is excellent Randy did a wonderful job and a reasonable rate Highly Recommended
Our heat pump quit working and can't come til next Tuesday. It's still under warranty and they said they will try to fix it.
