I dont know who the guy was sent by my landlord today to fix the heat. I have him on camera. Very rude and disrespectful didn't do a thing. I hope she didn't have to pay for services cause I sure wouldn't why did he even come just say he did. Im glad when I owned my house I didn't have them put my heat pump in worse service ever. Im getting ready to buy a house thanks for the service I make sure I dont come here
Excellent company and friendly people
I would not recommend Larry Dye to anyone. Our church bought two heat pumps in 2019 and now Larry refuses to come service our unit. Our church had other members to purchase brand new units that costs between 8,000 and up after he put in our unit, and he will not service this area. He sure came to put in the new units, yet will not service them. He would not discuss servicing, and was rude on the phone. I would not recommend at all.
