Called last night to have a garage door repaired. The service man was out when they said he would be and was able to fix our door with supplies from his truck. The gentleman was professional and polite and got us up and running in 30 minutes. Thanks LaRoy Door!!!!!

Scheduled an opener install. Day of appointment (8-16-19) they no called / no showed. “We” reached out an hour after appointment time and were told they would be here soon. Five hours later, “we” called to inquire as to when and where are they. Response was that they had us down as a scheduling mix up. Which obviously never happened. A gentlemen named Bill called me say the best they could do was a week later. Canceled order and will never recommend to anyone. Terrible customer service. A couple weeks ago, my in-laws garage door coil had busted late in the afternoon. Upon frantically searching for a repairman to come out to the house, they contacted LaRoy Door and a technician was there the same day around dinner time. The garage door was repaired in a jiffy, and hats off to Brian (I think that was his name) and the team at LD for their excellence in helping improve our community by going out of their way to work evenings. THAT is a lesson in “over & above” customer service! ✌️
