If I could give no stars, I would. I can't imagine that there is a worse property management company than Larlyn. Absolutely disgusting customer service, disrespectful and condescending when trying to address an issue with my unit. The building is a new build and yet it seems Iike there is a new issue with my unit every week. This wouldn't be a big deal if I could get someone to respond to my emails. Do not recommend!
In the interactions I have had with Anna, she has always been very pleasant and willing to help, going above and beyond to assist others..
I would highly recommend Larlyn Property Management to work with. They work with you on easy terms, understand your needs and fulfill in a timely manner.
My mom was looking for a property manager and through connections I was able to get in contact with Nancy freitas which turned out to be an amazing and easy experience. Highly recommend.
