Our first time staying here in Campbell. Asked our friends to find us a nice hotel by them and they certainly did! The guy who checked us in was amazing! Friendly and pleasant and very helpful! The room was clean, spacious and very quiet. Perfectly located outside the elevator for easy access! We will definitely stay here again!
Wonderful staff and facilities! The customer service here is A+. Breakfast isn't the best but is great for when you are on the go and it is much better than nothing(various pastries, cereal, oatmeal, juices, water, coffee, yogurt, and fruit). The daily complimentary cookies at the front desk are yummy!
I am extremely disappointed with Larkspur Landing. I have been staying there for 15 years but after today I will never again. I received a letter today telling me that their reservations systems had been first compromised in August 2016 and again in March 2017 and I am just learning of it today. All pertinent personal information was harvested from the reservations systems. Their advice to me" be vigilant". My credit cards were compromised earlier this year , now I know the source. Had a great stay. Reasonably priced. Good locale. Lots of ethnic eateries very close. Only bad is the sofa sleeper. But, I think all sleepers are horrible.
Stayed here many time, was always great. This time it was horrible. Rude front desk lady and super noisy at night. Seems like they really didn't care. I'm done with them.
