4.5. Breakfast was a bit light. But good healthy options which was nice. Hot water is hot not really hot like I prefer. Bed is just right. Decor is great. People are wonderful. Wish they had filtered water w no flavoring for our water bottles !

My rating is misleading. The room was lovely, the staff outstanding and even the breakfast was nice. The reason I hated it - at 2 am and 3:30 am the smoke detector went off, there was no fire, just a malfunctioning smoke detector. Once I could forgive, but not the second one, it was impossible to relax wondering when it would go off again. The staff was wonderful about it, the second time you could tell the desk guy was frustrated. Hopefully all us guest get some remedy from what was a miserable night.
The place was nice and everything but the staff lied and basically stole $250 for a "smoking fee" when in fact there was no cigarettes or anything of the sort smoked. So they said they found cigarettes in our room, which was a lie considering neither of us even smoke! Stay at your own risk, the area is nice but it's like Russian roulette staying there... You might get stuck with an extra fee for nothing. Money hungry is all I can say and I would hate for this to happen to anybody else.
