Ms. Larkin's expertise helped me stay out of small claims court. The demand letter she sent to my landlord was answered with the full return of my deposit and an agreement to drop any future charges against me regarding my tenancy. When I called her she personally answered the phone instead of a paralegal. I spoke directly to Ms. Larking throughout the entire process instead of a paralegal.
