The people who work at the front, especially Josh and Santos are absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly helpful and overall just super kind people. On the other hand management company will go out of there way to screw you over whenever they possibly can, and even sometimes when they can't.
Dennis was very helpful with maintenance!
Dontae was wonderful. Even without a replacement bed frame he was able to put something together so my guests could stay and not worry about the bed frame breaking. So grateful he was able to figure something out in a very short amount of time during the holidays.
My kitchen and living room lights were left on for three days while I was gone on break after maintenance left. Lights were off when they entered the apartment.
