I missed an excellent car opportunity with LaRiche Subaru. I asked for information in regards to a 2009 Subaru forester. I got that information within 1 hour via a VIDEO RECORDING!! what an excellent way to reply!! I did miss the opportunity to purchase a very low mileage car...and it was my own fault. LaRiche has been in contact with me and followed up wonderfully!!

Scheduled a test drive for 2 Toyota Tundras and when I arrived, I was informed that one was being serviced and the other was being detailed. When I got there, nobody knew I was even coming to test drive them. I scheduled my test drive on the Friday before the Tuesday I went to the Dealership. I felt disrespected . Not a good way to treat a potential customer, I thought. The trucks should have been ready or a salesperson should have called me that they weren't ready for me. Am not going back to them.
