I had a very disappointing experience at Laria Eye Care & Optical. The poor customer service came directly from the doctors. If you schedule an appointment for a specific concern and ask additional questions about your eye health, they do not take the time to respond politely or explain your options. Instead, they simply tell you that you will have to pay for another consultation to receive an answer.
