All around great service from beginning to end. Once you set up an appointment they send you notifications of your up coming appointment and inquire if there is anything else they can help you with other than what your service is scheduled for. If I had the opportunity I would definitely purchase a new car from Largo Honda based on their quality work and service!

The service manager, John, is a real pain in the ass. Or at least that's what he said to my husband in an email we weren't supposed to be copied on. Terrible people over there. My broken down 2015 Honda has needed to be serviced 3 times in the last 6 months for dead starter, dead battery and dead AC blower. John thinks we are a pain in the ass because we want our piece of shit Honda to actually work. I'll never buy another piece of shit Honda again.
Excellent service ! Went to a different Honda dealer for service and the guy "guessed" what the problem might have been & gave me a quote. They changed the oil and never addressed the issue I was having. Went to Largo, they only fixed the problem, but it was 100% covered under my extended warranty!
