Took my Element in for a airbag recall (scheduled). I asked them if they could take a look at my tire sensor while I was there. I worked with Melissa Patrick and she was awesome. Very efficient and personable. I was there at 10:00 am and out by 1:30 pm. This is a very busy service center. They have their shit together!!
Excellent! Go in anytime and ask for Terry she is the best in there. I got more help from her than I know I had to get. She really worked with me, understood my needs and focus on me and not just selling another car. I feel great about writing this review, I usually don't leave reviews but this time I feel I owe it to her and everyone else that is looking for a car and feels like they cannot trust dealer or sale people anymore. Melissa's The Best she has excellent customer service skills and knowledge . She also does a great job explaining in details the problem the vehicle has . I love this place I wouldn't take my car no where else.
