What kind of arena keeps women in high heels waiting for TWO HOURS to see a show in which the purchasing ticket states will begin at 8. We weren’t in till past 830 and the show didn’t start till almost 10! Drink lines were ridiculous and your staff literally stated “we just started using credit card machines and it’s annoying”. Toward the middle of the show the air conditioning went off. We were sweating in our seats! Complete disregard for paying customers and utter disorganization and unprofessionalism. NEVER AGAIN!
Total disorganization for the Maluma concert. Been waiting in line to go in for about 2hrs. Ridiculous. Wish I could get my money back
