Whoever manages the arena is not very good at it. Everytime that doors are suppose to open they are not. Its usually 1 to 3 hr wait to open doors its ridiculous! This last concert which was nicky jam doors open late like usual...cold weather and rainy...then 40 min into the concert beer and liquor finished...wow...no wonder we lose all the people to the valley or SA. They can make so much profit selling concession if they open doors early but they are never ready. Sad but true
What a big disappointment me and my wife had last night. we spent $560 on a concert that only lasted 1 hour! not to mention , nicky jam probably only truly sang for like 40mins . this is the biggest rip off ! all laredo was really excited and looking forward to this concert and honestly it was the worse show and come on only for 1 hour? not going to any venues there anymore!
Nicki Jam was an excellent performer!! On the other hand, the venue was held by an unprofessional staff of management. It was very cold outside and customers were freezing waiting for the doors to open. Per city code they could have placed propane heating stands along the sidewalk where the line was. The building size per customer count was a fire, health and safety hazard. The concession stands had huge lines waiting minimum 1 hr for food or a beverage. When customers finally got to their seats, the seats were already broke... read more
Worst venue ever!!! I am beyond disappointed! I’ve lost all hope for Laredo! I waited an hour to get into the building and another hour and a half for a drink! Only in....Laredo! Geeze Louise! Never again! I must say... I am NOT surprised! P.S. When I drew my concern towards the attention of the “supervisor;” as he referred himself as, he blamed the artist (Nicky Jam) and said, “The problem is from within.” Hmmmm 🤔 I guess that was vital information for my everyday life 🤷🏻♀️
