I had a really great experience at Larchmont FIVE YEARS AGO. Unfortunately, I have to leave a one star review because they never notified me of any missing payment (by phone) and sent my bill to collections. I believe that I was owed the courtesy of contacting me by some other means instead of getting notified years later by a collections agency that I owed them something I would have been happy to pay five years ago.
strongly recommend! I am terrified of the dentist and this place made me feel seen and heard. If you have anxiety please visit this dentist office! Very friendly and informative! They are so kind here.
As a small business owner, I don’t like leaving bad reviews—but my experience with Larchmont Dental was very disheartening. I went in for a root canal that was supposed to take 60–90 minutes. Instead, it took three painful visits, hours of my time, and still wasn’t finished. I ended up going to another dentist to complete the job. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable at Larchmont DSC. I had a root canal done by Dr. Morim, and it was such a pleasant experience. I didn’t feel anything and my jaw was comfortable and not tired after the procedure was completed. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep several times, lol. If you ever need a dental specialist, I would highly recommend this practice.
