Loved it! Natasha and Jane were awesome for our couples massage on my wife's birthday and the coppertino bath to finish was so refreshing. Thank you for a great time.

For my first time the place was wonderful. I had a bikini wax appointment earlier today. The gal who performed my bikini wax was great and friendly, however, I was not too happy with her service. Her waxing experience was not the best.

Had a great prenatal massage with Natasha today. She really spent time where it was needed and has a great (strong!) touch. It was not a typical routine spa massage, but personalized for my needs. Enjoyed my afternoon thoroughly.

This was my third visit to this spa. Both other times I had a wonderful experience. I never like to complain or get anyone in trouble ( I like to try keep things positive). But this time I felt this would be feedback that an owner would want. I arrived 15 minutes early before my massage, as suggested by the person who took my reservation. I had a great massage. My boyfriend was new to the experience and nervous. I over-heard his masseuse make fun of him for the underwear he wore afterward. It put a huge downer on what would have otherwise have been a lovely experience. Luckily he didn't hear it. I was really displease with that aspect of the professionalism and am less likely to take my services there again.
It was my first spa service at the facility and it was great. The staff, we're very friendly and overall experience met my expectations.
