I went to the Morristown location and I've been nothing but happy. I had 3 laptops and one iPad repaired. One I thought was too old to bother fixing, but Tom said, let me take a look at it, and it wasn't much at all to get it repaired. Overall, the costs have been reasonable, and less expensive than getting a new one, and everything is working great. I have been recommending them to people who want to repair their computers rather than replacing them.
I went to the Morristown location. The person who worked on my phone was friendly, knowledgeable, quick to fix my phone, and got everything working again.
I had a computer issue and went to another squad for help They couldn't identify the issue and had no good reason why. So, I turned to Laptop MD for help. The experience was great. They identified the issue and fixed it quickly. Really happy I turned to Laptop MD for help.
Great service (pompton plains location) - I was in and out in 15 minutes, iPhone screen repair. Highly recommended!
I went to the montclair location. Although the guy there was AWESOME...I'm still having trouble with my keyboard. I went because after dropping my laptop the keys stopped working (sometimes have to press the keys 2+)... he did tell me that if the problem continued I prob need a new motherboard...but he said it seemed like the problem was gone. I took my MacBook Pro to the Morristown location for repair, because I had a cracked screen and the entire display piece was damaged and needed to be replaced. I live in Massachusetts, but I was going to be in New Jersey for the holidays and felt it was the perfect time to get it fixed.
