RecommendedI took my I phone for repair and found Laptop MD very knowledgeable and efficient They diagnose the problem and call you before they do any work. They do not charge you for the diagnostic service. I think that's pretty fair. It's up to you whether to repair or not. I brought my cell phone in at 10 am and picked it up at 1pm. My service tech was Mike. I appreciate his service at Laptop MD.
RecommendedI needed my iPhone 6s screen replaced after I fell, and it cracked. The Geek Squad at Best Buy told me it would be 5-7 days to replace a screen. I called LaptopMD and they said it would take 15 minutes and $95. They didn’t have a screen in stock but expected a delivery shortly. They took my number, and called me back less than an hour later. I drove down, handed them my phone, and they gave it back to me with a new screen 10 minutes later. They did what they said they would, and they were very pleasant about it.

RecommendedTop notch professionals. I had two positive experiences with Pompton Plains NJ office. They looked at my cell phone, helped factory reset and later checked again and determined the mother board was going – not repairable. They provided a letter for my insurance to confirm not repairable.All NO Charge. Dropped a desk top in that stopped working. They confirmed the power board was shot along with the hard drive. Wow! Totally great and efficient experience! Thought my PC Tower crashed. Dropped it offf and got a call back next day and email as well. The Power Supply blew out and they replaced it pronto and did my latest Windows Updates at a VERY reasonable price. Heard about them from my daughter when they fixed her Mac Laptop and she highly recommended them. Will definitely use them again.....
They replaced the hard drive. However, they could not recover the data from our old hard drive. They were informative about the issue.
