Very friendly professional service..didn't make me feel as if my questions were silly or unimportant..answered them all in a way that was easy to understand..Unlike APPLE I didn't need an appointment and was told within hours of dropping my Mac off what the problem was and how to repair it. Finished installing new hard drive, backed up the works etc ready for pick up 24 hrs later. I drove all the way from Bridgewater and it was well worth the trip. My Previous review was just deleted by Laptop MD simply because I gave them a negative review. But I've been a costumer in the past since February and I have two sticker receipts on my laptop from two separate visits regarding repairs. I was not satisfied with the costumer service I had received my previous visit and I had to write about it. I am a paying costumer and I will upload pictures of my receipts to prove it. I was really disappointed in the costumer service. For the record I was reviewing a service.
