Waited half a year for them to finally fix the floors and this is the work that was done wow just wow.🤯
Worst property management company in the area. Do a horrible job maintaining tenants, overcharge to renew units compared to its competition. Highly overpriced do not work with this company!!
Mariah did such a great job with managing and even selling a home. I would highly recommend.
If you have kids and you rent from these people they claim the have a emergency line the will not answer all weekend and they dont care if you pay 1000 in rent they say dont use a stove for heat and list that number and that doesn't work as well and they like to leave papers in ur door and charge u 50 dollars for it and we always pay out rent so basically their licensed slumlords
