One of the best housing company I ever rented from. I had two different properties through them which the office staff and maintenance was always a pleasure to talk with them. It was never the company certain owners was just lazy didn't want to pay them to do the work. Very lovely staff always polite.

Very unprofessional, I made an appointment to tour an apartment and waited 20 minutes for someone to show up. After waiting those 20 minutes I finally called and was told I set up a “virtual tour”, when I denied that he tried to claim I never had a showing set up at all, and that someone had already signed a lease for this place and put a deposit down. The worst property management company every. Unsafe neighborhoods, unclean units and they will lie to get money out of you so make sure you save all emails and documents. The pips have leaks and they will charge you $300 month for water bills. I see a behavior pattern as I prepare for court with this poor management company. I signed an amendment to have my Mother take over my unit and they were sending her high water bills. They told me months earlier that the unit had leaks.
