I moved out after living there for 3 years and they are trying to charge me 700 more dollars on top of the security deposit they already have for normal wear and tear items like the blinds cleaning the walls and re painting them and I left a few things in there there trying to charge 750 just for that mind you it wasn’t a lot of stuff at all . They are trying to get over
Worst reality management company I have ever worked with and I have rented for over 20 yrs in 5vstates. No follow up. Only interested in meeting Section 8 requirements. O local staff to talk to as they work remotely.
It just takes the right people to make a company shine, and sometimes even one person can inspire others within to shine. My start with this company wasn't a good one, and it sent my anxiety skyrocketing. A gentleman at LaPlante took the time to listen to me, and to actually hear me. That's when it turned around, making it a highly functional working relationship. Now I no longer dread interacting, but it's truly a pleasure. Just renewed my lease, because sometimes all it takes is one person; Thank You so much!

One of the best housing company I ever rented from. I had two different properties through them which the office staff and maintenance was always a pleasure to talk with them. It was never the company certain owners was just lazy didn't want to pay them to do the work. Very lovely staff always polite.
