LaPensee installed a new heat pump in late winter in our Florida home. Less than a year later, and the first time I needed heat, the heat pump did not work. They never tested the heat setting when installed. The thermostat was not replaced with the new system. I had renters in our home and they were without heat. Best plumbing company out there! The plumber that came out today was at my house in a quick, timely fashion. He was nice and knowledgeable. He got the job done quick. I'd call this company again and I highly recommend them.
