I am very impressed with this urgent care. Staff was professional, caring and nice. The doctor didn't rush us, listened to our concerns, gave my young child an easy going thorough exam. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Thank-you Lapeer Community Urgent Care!
Today was our family's 3rd time here. Very fast and excellent service.
I took my daughter today and the staff was extremely caring, knowledgeable, and quick. Her name is cheryl and she's just amazing. We met with karri the doctor, she was so wonderful, skillfull and easy to talk to. She had my daughter laughing and relaxed. I will continue to go to this urgent care and HIGHLY reccomend it to anyone. No wait, great staff, wonderful doctor.
We had a great experience at Lapeer Community Urgent Care. The staff is very friendly, my son was seen within 10 minutes, and when we called with additional questions the nurse practitioner took time to get on the phone and talk with us directly. They even went out of their way to call in a prescription to an out of town Walgreens, so that my husband could pick up the prescription while on a camping trip.
