Verified Renter Lantera - great location, amenities and staff (love, love, love the staff!). Pristine quality on cleanliness, low noise with neighbors (in a high-rise!) and great maintenance staff. The only complaint I have is with upper management - it's clear that the focus of their business is just signing new residents. They'd rather run promos to have new clients rather than act to keep existing residents. I think Lantera needs to learn that it needs to invest in keeping good residents. Verified Renter Lantera is a great place to live. Ive lived in many places, but non match the amount of friendliness, kindness, and professionalism of the staff. They are all nice and caring. The surrounding(hallways, elevators, common areas, and outside compounds) are always kept tidy. I am grateful to be living at Lantera. The location and proximity of Lantera to different cities in Massachusetts makes it easy for me to maintain a social life and spend time with those I care about.
