Verified Renter A location, extremely walkable and amazing staff. One thing I’m not a fan of is some people tend to leave the common areas dirty, hallways common rooms. But don’t let the lazy people turn you away from this amazing building.
Verified Renter Smooth application process, responsive calls. Only hitch was less responsiveness over email, although it did not impact the application process much in my case as my pressing questions were answered via call.

Verified Renter Love living here! The front office is great and the amenities are amazing! I use the apartment gym every week and my dog likes using the dog run when it’s raining outside.

Verified Renter I’ve noticed a decline in the overall cleanliness of the property, and it seems that certain floors receive more attention particularly when apartments are being marketed. The elevator floor and hallway walls are in need of a revamp. Considering the amount we pay in rent, it’s concerning that the condition of the property appears to deteriorate each year. That said, the leasing office staff have been consistently pleasant and professional.

Verified Renter Facilities are clean and modern, although the in-unit laundry and dryers are quite small and take multiple runs to properly wash and dry clothes.

Verified Renter Maintenance is great, staff are great. Parking in the neighborhoods for guests, etc. have become unreliable and my guests have received numerous tickets, which becomes an issue
