All of the doctors and staff that I've met have been nothing but kind and respectful. I would recommend this office to everyone.
I have always enjoyed my appointments with Dr. Powers - she is very thorough and professional. The reason I just cannot recommend this office anymore is because of the front desk staff. I arrived at 1:20 for a 1:30 appointment, allowing myself an hour for time and wasn’t told until I went to the receptionist desk at 2:20 to inquire that there was an emergency appointment that morning. Just my opinion,,, I’d rather be blind than see this Doctor Earl Lanter again
On not one but two different occasions, I've had to call this ophthalmologist with an emergency eye injury, once to a staff member and once to my wife. Each time they invited us right in, saw us quickly, reassured us with a competent medical plan, and properly billed our insurance. I love these people.
