Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

I will never use this veterinary office again! My dog had a fever and was obviously sick. The vet only focused on my dogs abdomen. She wanted to start my dog on antibiotics but emphasized how dangerous they could be for her. When I asked if I should wait until Monday to see my regular vet, she said (very coldly) "if she makes it." Insinuating that my dog might die before then. So I got her started on antibiotics and took my dog home. She has been feeling much better and I just realized today that her problem is a dead tooth.... read more

I came in the middle of the night....staff and Dr. were very attentive, answered all questions fully and facility was immaculate. I felt my dog got very good care there

It's now about MONEY..not care. Before they located to this spot on Jolly they were on Logan St and I used them frequently and praised them to everyone.As soon as they moved to this much more expensive location,I have been astounded by the fees they charge and how little they care about your animals.I have been there only once and because of their excessive fees I felt I had no option but to put my dog down.I was there for 12 mins and it cost me over $400.I will NEVER go there again and I intend to make sure everyone I know ... read more

Once I got help, they were friendly. When I arrived (8:30a), there was no one there & I could hear someone talking on their phone in the back. I yelled "hello?" twice & no one answered. Finally I knocked on the "employees only" door, & someone came out to help me.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. accurate estimates of charges and services were provided ,as requested prior to services being rendered.
