I am so pleased with this dental practice. Dr. Grein and his staff are all so courteous and kind each time I visit. I came from a very "impersonal" dental practice where you are just a number so coming to an office with a highly customer service conscience staff, is so refreshing. I appreciate all the little things that they do from sending me email reminders for appointments to mailing me a birthday card each year, I am so grateful for this office. Yesterday was my first time in Dr. Grein's office, and it was an extremely pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly, and the appointment ran smoothly.
Perfectly pleasant and thorough first visit. Had my X-rays and gums checked and made future appointments. Very professional, clean and efficient. I look forward to having a good dental care in MI. Dr. Grein and his staff are welcoming and knowledgable.
Dr. Grein's office is always polite and helpful. They can work me into an appointment when it's urgent. Dr. Grein is gentle and has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Grein.

The entire staff is friendly and professional in a very neat and clean facility. Dr. Grein was so thorough in his exam of my entire mouth and surrounding face and neck. Any other issue, besides those with the teeth, are extensively checked. X-rays of my roots and another set for cavity checks were taken along with visual pictures of the teeth. These are just some of the things that were examed. I have never had such a full dental exam. I would recommend this dental office to everyone.
I had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist was friendly and always does a thorough job! There was no wait and got it all done on my lunch hour! 😁👍🏼
