I'm used to super small family type practices that I always enjoyed but also love a very well calculated "corporate" type experience (think Apple). This practice did a great job bridging those two together and the care plan was very clear with pricing, my costs vs. insurance costs, etc. Everything was upfront and apparent and I don't think I had any question unanswered (usually before I even needed to ask!).
