I am a new patient of Dr. Nguyen. I needed some serious cosmetic / corrective work done and was looking for the best in NOVA. I could not be more pleased with my choice. Dr. Nguyen is caring and talented. She took the time to discuss a plan of action and listened to my concerns. Her staff instantly made me feel comfortable and not at all self-conscious. I have found my dentist for life.
The staff at this office is really great! You can tell they know exactly what they are doing and the explain everything with every step along the way. Love the iPad loaner they give you if you have to wait for anything while your in the chair! I am an engineer and they have all the high tech dentistry setup. SINGLE VISIT TO REPLACE MY CROWN! They have 3D mapping tools and a 3D milling machine to make the crown on SAME visit!! This eliminates the typical 2nd follow up visit 2-3 weeks later.
Hands down by far the best dental staff I have ever seen. everyone is friendly and a professional in their field. My whole family enjoys the visits.
I am a stickler for great customer service and my first visit here was a 5 star experience! All the staff (and I mean everyone) had a truly customer focused and very friendly attitude. Based on my one emergency visit, I am officially switching my dentist! This office uses cutting edge technology and the staff is good at explaining everything being done - so no surprises. Yesterday's cleaning went well. the hygienist explained everything that she was doing prior and answered all questions that I had.

Everyone in the clinic is very nice. Dr. Nguen is great! I also loved the new equipment they use that does not require any anesthesia!
Office is clean, professional, and courteous.
