Really enjoyed my experience. I ended up being a little late due to traffic, but they still got me back in a minute or two. The staff there have always been extremely polite, courteous, and personable. Dr. Frames was quick, a good conversationalist, and easy to open up to. He was very polite and had a good sense of humor.
I've been going for a long time to Dr. Nguyen and her staff. Recently I began seeing Dr. Frames in her office. He fits in like a snug bug in a rug!!!! His charisma and chair side manner make for even a three filling visit fun!
Great visit and cleaning. On time, prompt, and courteous as always. Cleaned with old school hook (yes!) vs. the machine.
Always a pleasant experience! Thanks for taking great care of our teeth! :)

Lets just say,its not everyday you look forward to a visit to the dentist. Lansdowne dental care is the exception for me. From the reception, through the procedures, and the 'see you later' good byes, I am always impressed by the friendly professionalism of the staff. In my opinion, you rate a 10 out of 10 for everything.
