Going to the dentist makes me nervous ... even when its just a cleaning ... but everyone made me feel relaxed and welcome. Sachi (sp?) is very gentle in her X-ray and cleaning routine. It was a nice experience.
I have been going to Lansdowne Dental Care for a few years now and I have had a number of new crowns, replacement fillings etc. I must say that ALL of my experiences have been A+. I know most of the staff and I feel like they are my dental family. A big KUDOS to all of the staff!!! To the staff members that I know a bit more personally, I give them a big pat on the back award. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are, as always, extremely professional and ever so courteous! The care I receive is perpetually first-rate with a caring touch...literally and figuratively speaking. In today's world, top-notch service combined with a genuine kindness is rare. I feel so fortunate to have "Dr. Tracey" as our dental care provider...she and her staff take such good care of me and my family!
I hate going to the dentist but Lansdowne Dental Care makes the visit pleasant. Dr. Framer takes his time with you and fully explains all options.
