I appreciate very much the quality and professionalism of this dental Office. Dr. Nguyen and Yancey are both wonderful and do appreciate their service. They are both outstanding. There are really no complaints about how anything related to this Office is run from the scheduling to the insurance claims to the medical assistants to the doctor. My only issue comes with the inusrance company GEHA whos does not have Ms. Nguyen in the network and accordingly my out of pocket expenses are substantially higher. That is always the di... read more
I love Dr. Tracy and Yancy! They are kind and caring and are always asking me if I am doing okay. If I have an issue Tracy always listens with respect and kindness. Love Jennifer and of course Paula. I had a crown done yesterday with no issues. I can't say enough good things about this practice. Going to the dentist causes people to have anixety but everytime I go I become relaxed because I trust in this practice and their knowledge!
You can always be assured that when visiting Dr. Nguyen's office you will find smiling faces and the most wonderful people behind those smiles. Most helpful, "family" of co-workers around! Can't say enough good about them all!!!
I really appreciated the ability to watch Netflix while having 3 hours of dental work done. It was a great distraction from a very stressful situation for me. I had very little sensitivity afterward.
