Poor customer service. Using foreign language instead of English infront of customers. Over priced.
I visited this nail salon today and had a very disappointing experience. I stood in front of the reception area waiting to ask a few questions about nail services, but none of the staff seemed interested in helping me. They were all staring at me, and no one came forward to assist. After a while, one girl finally approached me, but she had an attitude and spoke to me in a rude tone. She didn’t seem to understand what I was asking and wasn’t willing to listen properly. I left feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Got my nails done here for a while. Never disappointed!
I really like the atmosphere in here. The staffs are friendly and talented. I never have any problem with my nails as you can see the pictures :) highly recommended
Stay away from this place. I went there only for gel nail polish removal because I was desparate and couldn't get an appt. at my regular salon. The woman jibber-jabbed to the other staff in a foreign language (Asian or Latino) the entire time. My nails were outgrown and I also required a manicure. She did not cut any length from the nails which were very fragile and weak especially as she used a nail file to sand down the gel polish before removing it.
