I have been a patient of Dr. Chitlu’s since July of 2023. She is like no other psychiatrist I have seen. She is involved, participates in active listening. She gives feedback on your strengths and provides advice on your challenges. She truly cares for her patients and loves what she does. She is a big proponent in taking health insurance. She truly makes you feel that your time with her is all that matters; she focuses solely on you and finds a a medication regime that works for you. Made me do all the onboarding process then canceled my scheduled first appointment without reason…. A lot of work for absolutely nothing
In all my years of struggling with my mental illness, I have never found such a kind soul in Dr. Chitlu and so knowledgeable in her field of expertise. I feel and know I am in good hands and trust Dr. Chitlu and her entire team. I've been through many of doctors and feel like I have finally found a psychiatrist who understands my illness, my needs and how to get me back on the right path. i love receiving mental health care here, the staff is quick to respond and very open to rescheduling. i have never had a problem with anyone here, and received the best care i've had for my mental health.
