We love the hygenists and the staff! They're wonderful!!
My teeth cleaning was very quick and easy. I walked in right on time (1-2 mins early) and right on the dot, I was called. You wouldn't think this ever happens, but it's happened a few times in Lansdowne. The dentist cleaned my teeth with the pick thing and when she did touch a gum that hurt, she didn't continue like normal dentists do, but cleaned the tooth more carefully. Professionalism, attention to detail, and a welcoming atmosphere are evident whether you are approaching the front desk, having dental work done, or discussing the finer points of billing.
As always, my experience with LDC was excellent. I was seen quickly, and Janine, my hygenist was friendly, efficient, and very familiar with my history. Dr. Nguyen was also very friendly and geniunely caring.
I have never had an experience that was not excellent. Everyone on the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I need a lot of work on my teeth and they deligently work to resolve all of my issues in an extremely timely fashion. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service.
