We really had a great experience. My daughter was extremely nervous about getting sealants and a filling. Dr. Nyugen took her time and went to other patients while my daughter calmed down enough to have the procedure completed. My only suggestion is that perhaps utilize the computer that swivels to run a video or movie for the kids to distract them during their visit/ procedure. Thanks again for all your patience!-6/3/2011
I truly enjoy my visits to the dentist because I know Dr. Tracey and her staff will take care of me from the moment I arrive. In the past, at other practices, I needed nitrous oxide to relax. Now I feel perfectly at ease ... what a great change!-6/7/2011
My experience at Lansdowne Dental Care has been nothing short of amazing. The office was modern, clean and efficient. The staff and dental hygenists were friendly, kind, gentle and patient. Since I was scheduled to have two crowns replaced, I was a nervous the whole morning until I reached the dental chair. Lindsay, the clinical assistant, put me at ease as she took pictures in preparation of the procedure. I heard her friendly conversation with other patients and could tell it put them at ease. fit me in quickly and I was in and out in 10 minutes - right on time and an easy fix!
I am treated well and the practice has continually improved over last two years. I would advise to get rid of the noisy "doorbell" and have additional late day availability of appointments to improve further. Staff is warm, affectionate and caring. In a strange way I "enjoy" going to this dentist.
I liked that the doctor stopped by and took a look even though it was a cleaning appointment. Jennifer and Paula were amazing as always. Thank you.
