I usually get nervous going to the dentist but coming to LDC was totally a different experience. The waiting room was very comfortable and I didn't have to wait long at all. My hygienist was friendly to talk to and she made several recommendations for my sensitive teeth. Dr. Nguyen was also very comfortable to speak to. I didn't feel rushed like most doctor's visits and she was able to answer all my concerns. She also gave me several options for my issue instead of making me feel like I had to go with one treatment. Consistently outstanding customer service and exceptional professional care makes going to see Dr. Nguyen and her staff a pleasure! (Well, almost a pleasure... She is a dentist, after all!)
Dr. Nguyen always comes in for emergencies and she has never let me down. She is the best and always goes out of her way and even calls to follow up to make sure everything is ok. Her work is exceptional and she is a true professional!! Thank you Dr. Nguyen for always being there for me : )
