Dr. Frames and his assistant were amazing. He understood my fears and put me at ease. He explained what I needed to have done and assured me that the referral doctor was excellent. The assistant had a first hand experience with the doctor so I'm not stressing too much.
My experience was perfect yesterday --- It's almost like visiting a friend. Everyone acts so happy to see me --- and the dental services are excellent. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!

I was in for a routine cleaning and received the most complete oral exam and cleaning I have ever had in my 70 plus years. I believe the girls name was Amanda- another gem to the office staff. As always the staff was very friendly -how they remember names is beyond me.

I love LD!!! I've been going there for nearly 12 years now and they've always been amazing. The entire staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and always friendly.
They took care of me and my daughter. They explained everything thoroughly and made us feel very comfortable.
