Going to the dentist makes me nervous ... even when its just a cleaning ... but everyone made me feel relaxed and welcome. Sachi (sp?) is very gentle in her X-ray and cleaning routine. It was a nice experience.
I have been going to Lansdowne Dental Care for a few years now and I have had a number of new crowns, replacement fillings etc. I must say that ALL of my experiences have been A+. I know most of the staff and I feel like they are my dental family. A big KUDOS to all of the staff!!! To the staff members that I know a bit more personally, I give them a big pat on the back award. I hate going to the dentist but Lansdowne Dental Care makes the visit pleasant. Dr. Framer takes his time with you and fully explains all options.
Dr. Nguyen and her staff are, as always, extremely professional and ever so courteous! The care I receive is perpetually first-rate with a caring touch...literally and figuratively speaking. In today's world, top-notch service combined with a genuine kindness is rare. I feel so fortunate to have "Dr. Tracey" as our dental care provider...she and her staff take such good care of me and my family!
